Soft, flexible, and lightly crisp around the edges, this easy flourless flatbread is a great alternative to traditional bread. It can be served with eggs, grilled chicken, vegetables, cheese, or used as a wrap.
Note: A homemade flatbread isn’t automatically zero-carb, and portion size still matters. This version is designed to be lower in carbohydrates than traditional flour-based flatbread.
