Can One Glass Really Unclog Arteries in 6 Hours?

  • by

There is also no safe way to determine from the appearance of a drink, urine, or another home observation whether an artery has become “clean.” Arterial plaque is evaluated using medical history, blood tests, physical examination, and, when appropriate, imaging or other cardiovascular testing.

Some people with significant coronary artery disease may require procedures such as angioplasty or stent placement, while others can be managed with medication and lifestyle changes. The appropriate treatment depends on the location and severity of the disease and the individual’s overall cardiovascular risk.

A heart-healthy daily routine is much more useful than searching for a miracle drink. Choose vegetables and fruits regularly, eat more high-fiber foods, favor unsaturated fats over saturated fats, stay physically active, maintain a healthy weight, avoid smoking, limit excessive alcohol, and monitor important factors such as blood pressure and cholesterol.

Most importantly, never rely on a viral recipe if you are experiencing possible symptoms of a heart attack. Sudden pressure, squeezing, or pain in the chest, shortness of breath, cold sweating, nausea, or pain spreading to the arm, back, neck, or jaw can require emergency medical attention.

The idea that one glass can open clogged arteries in six hours is an exaggerated health claim, not a proven treatment. A nutritious drink can complement a healthy lifestyle, but it cannot replace evidence-based cardiovascular care, prescribed medication, or emergency treatment when these are needed.
